Blue And Gold Models takes over G&E Models.

The rollingstock and structures previously available from G&E Models has been sold to Craig Dunstone of Blue And Gold Models who will launch most of the models as well as a new VR, BCE one piece body kit at the Croydon Model Railway Club Annual Exhibition on the 13^th and 14^th of September, 2008 at the Croydon Secondary College.

As it will take time to set up production of these models, they will be available in limited numbers from Branchline, The Buffer Stop and the Victorian Hobby Centre by the end of the year.

Other rollingstock models in the range include: APL, BPL, BCPL, AV, BV passenger cars and C, CE, CW, CS/VHN brake vans.

Structure kits include VR brick station, VR 50’ goods shed, VR signal box, yardmasters office, ganger’s shed and rainwater tanks.

Today is the start of my part-time model making venture. As of this coming weekend I plan on making, detailing, painting, weathering and selling high quality models of Victorian rollingstock from Steam Era Models. The finished units will be sold at Exhibitions I attend next year, 2008, they include Healesville May 3-4 ( Cancelled ),  and Croydon September 13-14 at the moment.

These models will be detailed with brass brake and shunter step etchings, fitted with #58 kadee couplers and come in individual running numbers so that no two are the same.
